The Recent Activity page gives you a chronological view of all actions taken on your documents — who sent, signed, declined, or triggered any other event, and when. It is the central place to monitor the current state of your document workflows without opening individual envelopes.
Recent Activity is also accessible from the top navigation bar via the activity icon, which shows a compact dropdown of your latest events. Click See all at the bottom of the dropdown to open the full page.
The page is split into two tabs:

| Envelopes | Shows a timeline of all envelope-related events such as sent, signed, declined, expired, and received confirmation. |
| Comments | Shows comments left by recipients or senders on documents. Appears empty until comments have been added to an envelope. |
Each entry in the Envelopes tab represents one envelope and shows:
Pending, Completed, Expired, or Declined.The following events can appear in the activity timeline:

| 2FA authenticated | A recipient successfully completed two-factor authentication before accessing the envelope. |
| Accepted legal terms | A recipient accepted the legal terms and conditions before signing. |
| Comment created | A sender or recipient added a comment to the envelope. |
| Email opened | A recipient opened the notification email sent for the envelope. |
| Envelope canceled | The envelope was canceled by the sender, stopping the signing process. |
| Envelope created | The envelope was created by the sender. |
| Envelope declined | A recipient declined to sign the envelope. |
| Envelope delivery failed | The envelope notification email could not be delivered to a recipient. |
| Envelope expiration changed | The expiration date of the envelope was updated by the sender. |
| Envelope expired | The envelope reached its expiration date without being fully signed. |
| Envelope reassigned | The envelope was reassigned to a different recipient. |
| Envelope received confirmation | A recipient received and opened the envelope. |
| Envelope sent | The envelope was sent to recipients by the creator. |
| Envelope sign group completed | A signing group completed their signing obligation — at least one member of the group signed on behalf of the group. |
| Envelope signed | A recipient completed signing the envelope. |
| Envelope viewed | A recipient opened and viewed the envelope document. |
| Token expired | The recipient's access token for the envelope expired, requiring them to request a new access link. |
| Used digital certificate | A recipient signed using a digital certificate instead of a drawn or typed signature. |
Clicking on an envelope entry opens that envelope so you can view its full details and take any available actions.
